Our Case studies refer to the collection and presentation of detailed information about our particular service work. For instance clients requirements, solutions, feedback's and some other issues (set backs, resolutions etc.)

Our case studies look intensely at an individual or small participant pool, drawing conclusions in the specific context. We put forward our case profiles for your review - these are compact, to-the-point abstracts outlining the scope of a variety of projects.

An established Malibu film and photo shoot location, Rancho Sol Del Pacifico is a magnificent private estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean. To expand their presence in the events planning business, owners Al & Barbara set up a website with beautiful images of recent weddings and money shots of the location itself. After a short while, they were frustrated when they saw their site was hardly generating any new activity.

After some analysis, Valet Software discovered that the newly minted, pricey site was image-heavy and needed a facelift. Among the issues we discovered:

• Other than a link from a wedding referral website, Rancho Sol Del Pacifico was virtually invisible on the Internet.
• Motivated by the desire to showcase the location’s visual appeal, Rancho had unknowingly buried its Web visibility in slow-to-load imagery.
• Additionally, the limited copy on the site did not contain any of the necessary keywords needed for search engines to latch onto and properly index the site.

EMI was interested in creating a Web-based tool to upload their biweekly music release books while still showcasing the artwork which offered a visual extension of each artist’s music. To execute the project, cost control and a user-friendly interface were of utmost importance.

Written in Flash, EMINewReleases.com required a hip, engaging format while maintaining a very easy-to-use interface for viewing the information, printing Hi-res images, downloading the catalog & providing Web access to the archives.

A back-end, administrative tool was developed, enabling EMI to upload PDFs, Hi-res imagery & copy to the public site. To date, EMI has uploaded 40+ Release Books to rave reviews from the end user.
